This Cookie Policy explains how Rocky AI LLC (“Rocky AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies in connection with userocky.com and app.userocky.com (the “Sites”). It supplements our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

1. What cookies and similar technologies are

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include browser session storage and local storage, which work the same way for our purposes. We use the word “cookies” in this policy to refer to all of these technologies.

Cookies can be set by the site you are visiting (“first-party”) or by a third party whose code or content is loaded by the site (“third-party”). They can be deleted when you close your browser (“session”) or persist across visits until they expire or you delete them (“persistent”).

2. The categories of cookies we use

Strictly necessary

These are required for the Sites and the Rocky app to work. They cannot be disabled in our products without breaking core functionality. We treat session and authentication storage as strictly necessary.

• Authentication / session storage. When you log in to app.userocky.com, we store your authentication token in your browser’s session storage. The token is cleared automatically when you close the tab or browser. We do not use this for any purpose other than keeping you logged in.

Third-party service cookies

When you interact with certain third-party services we use to operate Rocky, those services may set their own cookies on your device. Their cookies are governed by their own policies, not ours.

• Stripe (payment processing). When you complete checkout or use the subscription management portal, Stripe sets cookies necessary for fraud prevention, session management, and payment processing. See stripe.com/cookies-policy for details.
• Beehiiv (newsletter sign-up). If you subscribe to the Rocky newsletter through the embedded sign-up form on userocky.com, Beehiiv may set cookies governed by Beehiiv’s privacy and cookie policies.

What we do not use

• We do not use advertising cookies.
• We do not use third-party advertising trackers, retargeting pixels, or social media pixels.
• We do not use analytics cookies that build a profile of you across sites.
• We do not sell or share information collected through cookies.

3. How to control cookies

You can control or disable cookies in your browser settings. Most browsers also allow you to delete cookies that have already been stored.

If you disable strictly necessary cookies, parts of Rocky will stop working — most notably, you will not be able to stay logged in. If you disable third-party cookies, Stripe checkout and the Beehiiv newsletter sign-up may not function correctly.

• Safari: Preferences → Privacy
• Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security
• Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions

4. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Some browsers transmit “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control signals. Because we do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, our practices already align with the intent of those signals. We do not respond to them in any additional way.

5. Changes to this Cookie Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. The current version is always available at userocky.com. Material changes will be communicated via email to your registered address.
